Just a quick note to wish all blog readers a happy new year and to say thanks for your support!
Southern Fried has got off the ground far quicker than I thought it would, and the majority of the feedback has been really positive, so I’m glad people seem to be enjoying reading it. As outlined here, The Hook has also had a very successful year, making it a happy 2008 for the world of Irish hockey blogging.
Also, this site will be moving to its own domain in the new year; I’m still working out the bugs in trying to transfer everything across but will let everyone know when the move can be made!

Keep up the great work, I’ve really enjoyed reading it throughout the year as I’m sure many others have and the quality of the posts is excellent.
